About

I'm Silas Lee · 文西.

I use AI and code to build small public tools, test product ideas, and keep a readable record of what worked, what failed, and what I learned.

Tidemason is not a portfolio of polished success cases. It is a personal project index: a place for current products, small experiments, retired branches, and notes from building in public.

Some things are live. Some are still validating. Some are retired because the scope was wrong, the signal was weak, or the timing was not right. Keeping that record public helps the lessons compound.

Current focus

  • Shipping small public utilities
  • Using AI/Codex to build faster without losing judgment
  • Learning distribution through real launches
  • Archiving failed or retired projects honestly
